Timely, professional, and personable. They did good work for a good price, my only complaint, why is there a tipping option on the invoice? Increase their wages and increase the price of the service if needed. This is carpet cleaning they aren’t waiters, they should not have to rely on tips for their income.

This is the second time I’ve used Riley’s Carpet Cleaning, and once again, they did an outstanding job! Dustin and Jesus were the technicians both times, and they’re fantastic-kind, professional, and super communicative. They always give me a call during the job if they have any questions or need to clarify anything, which I really appreciate.
